About

Ashleigh Trahan is a leadership development consultant, executive coach, and experiential learning designer with over 15 years of experience working in safety-critical, highly regulated industries.

She is a certified executive coach and designs and delivers leadership and team development programs focused on the skills that matter most when the stakes are high: accountability, decision-making, conflict, communication, and leadership under pressure.

Ashleigh is best known for her experiential and reality-based approach to learning. Her work frequently incorporates live simulations, case studies, and dramatized workplace scenarios with professional actors. Participants consistently describe her programs as practical, engaging, and immediately applicable to real work.

She has held leadership development roles within large organizations and partners closely with executive teams, HR leaders, and technical experts to design programs for frontline through senior leaders. Her work bridges the gap between knowing what good leadership looks like and actually doing it in complex, high-consequence environments.

Alongside her consulting work, Ashleigh is pursuing graduate studies in Applied Neuroscience, strengthening the scientific foundation of her practice and bringing evidence-based insight into how people learn, regulate emotion, and behave under stress.

Ashleigh’s mission is to help people build the self-awareness, courage, and capability required to lead well when it matters most.

She lives in Ontario, Canada. When she’s not working, you’ll find her hiking, traveling, or planning her next outdoor adventure.
